Rahab Samaia Dikko is a passionate development practitioner and graduate of Abubakar
Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, where she obtained a degree in Business Education and Management. With a strong background in business development, management, and
administration, she has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and groups in building sustainable livelihoods and strengthening their entrepreneurial capacities.
Rahab has extensive experience working within the business development cycle, particularly in training, mentoring, and supporting community members to establish, manage, and grow their businesses. She is also skilled in managerial and administrative functions, including organizational planning, coordination, and effective resource management—qualities that have enabled her to lead initiatives and deliver results with excellence. As an effective communicator and listener, Rahab easily connects with people at the grassroots level, fostering trust and inspiring collaboration. Known for her strong teamwork and leadership abilities, she thrives in collaborative environments where collective effort drives meaningful impact.
